Is Viridion publicly available?
Viridion is currently in private beta. Invited users can evaluate the product, while self-service registration and subscriptions remain closed.
How can I request early access?
Use the contact page or email contact@viridion.ai with your company, transaction type and expected evaluation timeline.
How is the account dashboard different from a project room?
The account dashboard is a calm starting point for launching Viridion DD, reviewing projects and managing account details. A project room is where the diligence work happens.
Where do documents, Q&A and trackers live?
Documents, Q&A, trackers, permissions and security settings are organized inside each selected project room.
Can a new project reuse an existing room?
No. A new project starts cleanly, without copying old documents, participants, groups, trackers, Q&A threads or inbox items.
Which plan is intended for my deal?
Core is designed for focused standard diligence, Premier for complex high-stakes deals and Enterprise for teams running multiple projects. Final commercial availability will follow the private beta.
