Controlled document delivery
Uploads, previews and downloads use limited routes and time-bound signed requests instead of public storage links.
Auditability
Project activity, document operations and permission changes are designed to leave reviewable records inside the workspace.
Clean-room project creation
A newly created project does not inherit users, documents, trackers or Q&A data from another room.
Operational boundaries
The beta environment is isolated from direct public service ports and is monitored through explicit health and backup checks.
Private beta boundary
Evaluation data only unless explicitly agreed.
Do not upload confidential production data to the beta environment unless the intended use, security scope and data handling have been expressly confirmed with Viridion.
